Our Mobile Tyre Repair Services Across the UK

Puncture Repair

The most common tyre repair is a nail, screw or sharp object penetrating the tread area. We remove the object, inspect the inner liner, and carry out a permanent plug-and-patch repair to British Standard BS AU 159. We only repair where it is legally and safely possible - tread area punctures up to 6mm in diameter are eligible. Sidewall damage is never repaired.

Slow Puncture Repair

A tyre that gradually loses pressure over hours or days is typically a slow puncture caused by a small nail, a micro-crack, or a failing valve. Left untreated, slow punctures become dangerous at speed. Our technician diagnoses the exact source of the leak on-site and carries out a permanent repair or valve replacement, restoring correct pressure and tyre integrity.

Tyre Valve Replacement

A damaged, corroded, or leaking valve stem is a common cause of pressure loss that many drivers mistake for a puncture. We carry rubber and alloy valve stems, TPMS-compatible valves, and valve cores for all vehicle types. We replace the faulty valve on-site and confirm correct seating and pressure before you drive away.

Tyre Bead Seal Repair

The tyre bead is the edge that seals against the wheel rim. If the bead seal fails - typically after hitting a pothole or kerb - air escapes between the tyre and the rim, causing persistent pressure loss. Our technicians re-seat and seal the bead on-site using professional equipment, restoring an airtight fit without removing the wheel from the vehicle.

TPMS Sensor Diagnosis & Repair

If your TPMS dashboard warning light is on, it does not always mean a puncture - it could be a faulty sensor, a dead sensor battery, or a pressure reading error. Our technicians carry TPMS diagnostic tools and replacement sensors for all common vehicle makes. We identify the exact fault, repair or replace the sensor on-site, and reset the system so your warning light clears.

Post-Blowout Tyre Assessment

After a blowout, many drivers are unsure whether the remaining tyres are still safe. We carry out a full on-site tyre assessment - checking tread depth, sidewall condition, bead integrity, pressure, and age - across all four tyres. If a tyre can be safely repaired, we repair it. If it cannot, we carry replacement tyres on the van and can fit a new one immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to the most common questions our customers ask.

Yes - roadside puncture repair is one of our most common callouts. As long as the damage is within the repairable zone and the tyre structure is safe, we carry out a permanent plug-and-patch repair at your location. You do not need to move your vehicle or arrange recovery.

The key factors are location and size of the damage. Punctures in the central tread area up to 6mm in diameter are usually repairable. Sidewall damage, large tears, bulges, and run-flats driven beyond their rated range cannot be safely repaired. Our technician assesses this on arrival and advises you clearly before any work begins.

A plug alone is a temporary fix - it seals the outside of the hole but does not address the inner liner. A permanent plug-and-patch repair seals both the inner liner and the tyre body from the inside, meeting British Standard BS AU 159. We only carry out permanent plug-and-patch repairs - never temporary plugs only.

Yes - when carried out correctly to British Standard BS AU 159, a professionally repaired tyre is fully safe and legal. Our technicians only repair tyres that meet the safety criteria. Once repaired, we inflate to the correct pressure and confirm the repair is holding before you drive away.

The cost depends on the tyre and type of repair required. We provide a clear quote before we start - no hidden charges. Call or WhatsApp us with your vehicle registration and location for an instant price.

Yes. A slow puncture is typically caused by a small nail, a leaking valve stem, or a failed bead seal. We diagnose the exact cause on-site and carry out the appropriate repair - whether that is a plug-and-patch, a valve replacement, or a bead re-seat. In most cases a slow puncture is fully repairable.

In most cases, no. Run-flat tyres have reinforced sidewalls that may appear undamaged after a deflation but often suffer internal structural damage. Most manufacturers do not permit run-flat repairs, and we follow that guidance. If your run-flat cannot be repaired, we can replace it on the spot from our stock.

Most tyre repairs take between 20 and 40 minutes from the moment our technician arrives. The full callout - from your call to driving away - is typically under 90 minutes in most UK locations.

Yes. We service all EV makes and models including Tesla, BMW iX, Polestar, Hyundai Ioniq and others. We use battery-safe jacking procedures and correct lifting points to protect the vehicle's battery system throughout the repair.

If the damage is beyond safe repair, we carry replacement tyres on our mobile vans. We can supply and fit a new tyre immediately at your location - no need for a separate booking or a garage visit. We stock premium, mid-range and budget options for most popular tyre sizes.
